The Florida sand skink (Neoseps reynoldsi) is a lizard in the family Scincidae, the skinks. The sole member of the monotypic genus Neoseps, it is endemic to Florida in the United States. The species was described by Leonhard Hess Stejneger in 1910 and named in honor of one A. G. Reynolds, who had collected the holotype.
