Forget What You Know is the third full-length album, and fourth overall release, by New Jersey rock band Midtown. The album was their first released by a major record company after leaving their long-time home, the indie label Drive-Thru Records. It was released by Columbia Records on June 29, 2004, and was Midtown's final album before their nine year breakup from 2005 to 2014. The title is taken, directly or indirectly, from a George Herbert quote.
