Sir Francis Fleming KCMG (31 July 1842 – 1922) (Chinese: 菲林明) was a British colonial administrator.His father was James Fleming, Q.C.. He attended Downside School near Bath, and studied law at the Middle Temple, and was called to the bar in 1866.In 1869 he was a Crown solicitor in Mauritius; from 1876 to 1878 a district judge in Jamaica. He was attorney-general of Barbados from 1878 to 1882, and a judge in British Guiana from 1882 to 1883.
