Francisco P. Moya (born January 9, 1974) is an American politician from Corona, Queens. As of 2011, he is a member of the New York State Assembly for the 39th Assembly District in Queens, New York. He is a member of the Democratic party.Moya has a B.A. degree in Asian Studies from St. John’s University and an Master of Public Administration degree from Baruch College.His political background includes stints as an aide to Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez and to then-State Senator David Paterson.
