Sir Frederick Chalmers Bourne (12 August 1891 – 3 November 1977) was an English colonial administrator who served in British India. He began his service in the Royal Army in 1910, and served in the Royal West Kent Regiment before joining the Indian civil service in 1920. Bourne held several prominent positions in the administrations of Lahore and Punjab between 1937 and 1945.
