Frederick (Fred) Fisher is an American architect in Southern California. He graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Art and Art History. Fischer attended the architecture school of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1972. He is the architect for several buildings in Southern California including the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica and the visitor's center of Sunnylands Estate in Rancho Mirage, California.
