Georg Adolf Otto Wüst (June 15, 1890 - November 8, 1977) was a German oceanographer known for his work on the Atlantic Ocean.Wüst got his doctorate in 1919 at the University of Berlin. In 1925 he joined the German Atlantic expedition on the survey vessel Meteor. After his teacher Alfred Merz died in Buenos Aires, Wüst succeeded Merz as the expedition's chief oceanographer.
