George Cairns 'Scatter' Hubbard (November 23, 1867 - December 18, 1931) was an English rugby union player who represented the England national rugby union team. He also played first-class cricket with Kent. Hubbard, who was born in India, made his England debut in a 1892 Home Nations Championship match against Wales and scored a try. He was capped a second time in a win over Ireland later in the tournament.In 1895 he appeared in three first-class cricket matches for Kent.
