Germi (Persian: گرمي‎‎, also Romanized as Germī and Garmī; also known as Garmi Ejarood) is a city in and the capital of Germi County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 28,348, in 6,382 families.Germi is north of Ardabil in Iranian Azerbaijan. Germi is located 120 km from Ardabil, the capital of the province.
