Glen Cameron "Slats" Sather (born September 2, 1943) is the current president of the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He stepped down from General Managing on July 1, 2015. He is known for coaching the Edmonton Oilers to four Stanley Cup victories during the 1980s. He played a key role in attracting the talented players, including Wayne Gretzky, who helped make the Oilers a hockey dynasty at that time.
