Hardress Nathaniel Swaim (November 30, 1890 – July 30, 1957) was a United States federal judge.Born in Zionsville, Indiana, Swaim received an A.B. from DePauw University in 1913 and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1916. He was in private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana from 1916 to 1939. He was in the United States Army First Lieutenant from 1917 to 1918. He was a Comptroller, City of Indianapolis, Indiana from 1936 to 1947.
