Assoc. Prof. Ho Peng Kee (Chinese: 何炳基; pinyin: Hé Bǐngjī; born 9 May 1954) is a former Singaporean politician. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he was the Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of Law and the Ministry of Home Affairs, and a Member of Parliament representing the Nee Soon East Single Member Constituency.
