Homshetsi (Հոմշեցի Homshetsi lizu "the Hamshen language", Turkish: Hemşince) is an archaic Western Armenian dialect spoken by the Eastern group, and the Northern group of Hamshenis (Hemşinli), an ethnic group living in northeastern Turkey, Abkhazia, Russia, and Central Asia.It is not fully intelligible with the rest of Armenian.
