Hooker County is a county located in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2010 census, the population was 736. Its county seat is Mullen.In the Nebraska license plate system, Hooker County is represented by the prefix 93, because it was the least populated of all 93 counties in the state when the licensing system was established in 1922.
