Injera (Amharicənǧära [ɨndʒəra]; sometimes transliterated as enjera; Oromo: bidenaa; Somali: canjeero) or taita (Tigrinya ጣይታ) is a sourdough-risen flatbread with a unique, slightly spongy texture.
