Ivy Paul Andrews (May 6, 1907 – November 24, 1970) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. From 1931 through 1938, he played for the New York Yankees (1931–1932, 1937–1938), Boston Red Sox (1932–1933), St. Louis Browns (1934–1936) and Cleveland Indians (1937).
