Jack R. Vivian (born May 14, 1941) is a Canadian former ice hockey player, college football player, ice hockey head coach, general manager, professional scout, and university administrator. He is most notable as the first head coach of the Bowling Green State University (BGSU) varsity ice hockey program and the then-youngest general manager in professional hockey with the Cleveland Crusaders of the World Hockey Association from 1973-76.
