Jacques Goulet (April 17, 1615 – November 26, 1688) was an pioneer in the Percheron immigration movement to colonize the shores of the St. Laurence River at Québec in New France (now Québec, Canada), a miller and the ancestor of virtually all of the Goulets in North America.
