James L. Graham (born 1939) is a United States federal judge.Born in Columbus, Ohio, Graham received a B.A. from Ohio State University in 1962 and a J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law that same year. He was thereafter in private practice in Columbus until 1986. On August 15, 1986, Graham was nominated by President Ronald Reagan to a seat on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio vacated by Robert Morton Duncan.
