Jamie Edward Briggs (born 9 June 1977) is an Australian politician. He has been the Liberal Party of Australia member for the Division of Mayo since the 2008 Mayo by-election. Briggs was the Assistant Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development in the Abbott Government from 18 September 2013 until 21 September 2015, when he was promoted by the new Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, as Minister for Cities and the Built Environment.
