Jay S. Rosenblatt (November 18, 1923 – February 16, 2014) was emeritus professor of psychology at Rutgers University-Newark. At the time of his retirement in 2005, he was the Daniel S. Lehrman Professor of Psychobiology. He was a, painter, and psychotherapist, and most notably a scientist. His scientific research largely established the study of neonate learning and especially mother-offsping behavior throughout the maternal cycle.
