Jeffersonville is a village in Fayette County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,203 at the 2010 census.Jeffersonville was the birthplace of Grayson L. Kirk who was president of Columbia University, advisor to the State Department, and instrumental in the formation of the United Nations.
