Jerod Davanta Ward (born May 5, 1976) is an American former professional basketball player, who played power forward and center positions.Ward was the #1 recruit in the nation coming out of Clinton, Mississippi in 1994. He signed with the University of Michigan and comprised part of its highly touted Fab Five II that included Travis Conlan, Maceo Baston, Willie Mitchell, and Maurice Taylor.
