James B. "Jim" Renacci /rɨˈneɪsi/ (born December 3, 1958) is an American politician who has been the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 16th congressional district since January, 2011. A member of the Republican Party, he is an Ohio entrepreneur and served for a time as Mayor of Wadsworth, Ohio.On November 6, 2012, Renacci defeated Betty Sutton, as redistricting forced the two incumbents to run against each other.
