James "Jimmy" Deenihan (born 11 September 1952) is an Irish Fine Gael politician and the Minister of State for the Diaspora. He is a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Kerry North–West Limerick constituency, He was the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht from 2011 to 2014. He currently serves as Minister of State for the Diaspora. Deenihan played Gaelic football with Kerry in the 1970s and 1980s. He also played rugby with Garryowen.
