John Herbert Haddox (born August 9, 1929) is an American philosopher known for his thought in the area of ethics and social philosophy, and for his groundbreaking work of introducing Mexican philosophers to the English-speaking world. He taught over 50 years at the University of Texas at El Paso before becoming professor emeritus in philosophy upon his retirement in 2013.
