John Krakauer (born April 14, 1967) is a neurologist, neuroscientist and academic. He is currently a Professor of Neurology and Neuroscience, the Director of the Center for the Study of Motor Learning and Brain Repair, the Director of Brain, Learning, Animation, and Movement Lab (BLAM), at Johns Hopkins University, and the co-founder of the KATA project. His areas of interest range from motor learning and motor control and stroke to bioethics.
