Jonathan N. Waters (born June 7, 1976) is a nationally renowned marching band director, who most recently served as Director of Marching and Athletic Bands at Ohio State University, where he also taught in the School of Music. He was dismissed in 2014 with OSU claiming he failed to address an alleged sexual culture in the band. Alumni of the marching band have disputed many of these problems, and many supporters have come to his defense.
