Juraj Kolník (born November 13, 1980) is a Slovak professional ice hockey forward, currently playing for Laval Predators in the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey (LNAH). He has played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the New York Islanders and Florida Panthers and also played with the Slovak national ice hockey team in the 2004 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships.
