Professor Kiddu Makubuya, LLB, LLM, JSD, Dip.Legal.Pract., also spelled as Khiddu Makubuya, is a Ugandan lawyer, politician and academic. He is the former Minister for General Duties in the Office of the Prime Minister. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011, replacing Janat Mukwaya, who retired from elective politics. Prior to that, from 2005 until 2011, he served as Uganda's Attorney General.
