Kojima Productions (Japanese: 小島プロダクション, Hepburn: Kojima Purodakushon) was a Japanese short-lived video game development studio under the guidance of game designer Hideo Kojima. The company was a subsidiary of Konami, and was located in Roppongi Hills in Roppongi, Tokyo. The studio had just under 100 employees in 2005 but had since grown to over 200 people for the development of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
