Kurt Eggers (born November 10, 1905 in Berlin; died August 12, 1943, near Belgorod) was a German writer, poet, songwriter, and playwright with close links to the Nazi party. He served as both a war correspondent and soldier in World War II, and died in a tank regiment on the Eastern Front.
