Lake Selina is the name of a lake to the east of Mount Read,in the West Coast Range, West Coast of Tasmania. Its location and conditions have led it be a location of research into Pleistocene and Holocene environments. It is a glacial lake related to the nearby Lake Westwood and Lake Julia.It is located close to the Anthony Road B28 that travels between Tullah and Queenstown
