The Legislative districts of Leyte, namely the first, second, third, fourth and fifth districts, are the representations of the Province of Leyte in the Philippine House of Representatives.Leyte was divided into four congressional districts from 1907 until 1931, when it was redistricted to five congressional districts by virtue of Act No. 3788.After the creation of Southern Leyte as a separate province in 1959, Leyte's representation was reduced to four congressional districts starting 1961.
