Louis-Philippe Normand, PC (September 21, 1863 – June 27, 1928) was a Canadian physician and politician.Born in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, the son of Télesphore-Eusèbe Normand and Alphonsine Giroux, he received his Doctor of Medicine from Université Laval in 1886. A practicing physician, he was also mayor of Trois-Rivières. In 1911, he ran for the Canadian House of Commons in the Quebec riding of Three Rivers and St. Maurice as the Conservative candidate and was defeated.
