Manuel Velasco Coello (born 7 April 1980 in the capital Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas) is a Mexican politician affiliated to the PVEM. Currently acts as Governor of Chiapas, being the first PVEM politician to win a Governature. He has served on the three legislative levels of Mexico: Local Deputy, Federal Deputy and Senator.He is grandson of former Governor of Chiapas Manuel Velasco Suárez.
