Marcia A. Karrow (born March 10, 1959) is an American Republican Party politician who served in the New Jersey State Senate where she represented the 23rd legislative district, having taken office on February 9, 2009. She had won a January 24, 2009 special election convention, defeating Assemblyman Michael J. Doherty, for the right to succeed Congressman Leonard Lance who resigned from the Senate after his election to the U.S House of Representatives.
