Massimo Ciaramella (born October 1, 1970 in Nettuno, Lazio, Italy) is a retired Italian professional baseball shortstop. He played for the Italian national baseball team in the 1992 Summer Olympics. The team finished in 7th place. He also played in the 1991, 1993, and 1995 Intercontinental Cup, the 1991, 1993, and 1995 European Championship, and the 1994 Baseball World Cup.Ciaramella played 16 seasons in Serie A1, playing with Nettuno Baseball Club.
