Michael Bronski (born May 12, 1949) is an American academic and writer, best known for his 2011 book A Queer History of the United States.A professor at Dartmouth College, he currently teaches in the women's and gender studies department, and also teaches courses in LGBT history and Jewish studies at both Dartmouth and Harvard University.A Queer History of the United States won both a Lambda Literary Award and a Stonewall Book Award in 2012.
