Mike Delph (born January 12, 1970) is a Republican member of the Indiana State Senate representing the 29th district since 2005. He is considered to be a "socially conservative Republican," who has courted support from the Tea Party movement. Delph is known for his immigration legislation and his support for an Indiana Constitutional amendment that would ban same-sex marriages and civil unions.
