Michael R. "Mike" Turner (born January 11, 1960) is the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 10th congressional district, serving in Congress since 2003. He is a member of the Republican Party.The district, numbered as the 3rd District from 2003 to 2013, is based in Dayton and consists of Montgomery, Greene and Fayette counties.
