Mirsad Terzić (born 12 July 1983) is a Bosnian professional handball player. Currently he plays for MKB Veszprém KC. He is known as a primary defensive player but as a Izviđač player he scored 50 goals in 6 group stage games in the 2004–05 EHF Champions League, that made him third on the top scorer list of the group stage. Terzić is also the most capped and all time scorer of Bosnia and Herzegovina handball team.
