Morley Kells (born January 26, 1936) is a former politician in Ontario, Canada. He served as a Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario on two separate occasions, and was briefly a cabinet minister in the government of Frank Miller. He was an unsuccessful candidate for Toronto City Council in the 2010 municipal election.
