Msemen (Arabic: مسمن, lit., "oiled, greased") is the name of a rich traditional food in Morocco Maghreb. These pancakes are usually an accompaniment to a cup of aromatic morning mint tea or of creamy coffee. Msemen can be stuffed with vegetables or meat fillings.
