Murray Rankin, QC, MP (born January 26, 1950) is a Canadian federal politician, university professor, and an internationally recognized expert in environmental and public law. Recognised as one of Canada's top lawyers, Rankin served as the Member of Parliament for the riding of Victoria from 2012 until the dissolution of the 41st parliament in 2015.
