Mykhaylo Fomenko (Ukrainian: Михайло Іванович Фоменко; born 19 September 1948) is current head coach of Ukraine's national football team and a former Ukrainian footballer who capped 24 times for the USSR. He was famous for his coaching in Dynamo Kyiv, winning its first Ukrainian gold medals, first Ukrainian Cup and most notably, beating Barcelona in the very first leg of the Champions League tournament.
