Mykola Dmytrovych Leontovych (LE-ən-TOH-vich, Ukrainian: Микола Дмитрович Леонтович; sometimes spelled Leontovich; Dec 13 [O.S. Dec 1] 1877 – January 23, 1921) was a Ukrainian composer, choral conductor, and teacher of international renown. His music was inspired by Mykola Lysenko and the Ukrainian nationalist music school.
