Nebahat Albayrak (born 10 April 1968 in Şarkışla) is a former Turkish-Dutch politician and civil servant. As a member of the Dutch Labour Party (Partij van de Arbeid) she is a former State Secretary for Justice in the Netherlands. From 12 May 2010 to 19 September 2012 she was (again) an MP. From April till August 2011 she was on maternity leave. Myrthe Hilkens was replacing her.
