Neil G. Giuliano (born October 26, 1956) is an American politician who served as mayor of Tempe, Arizona for four terms, from 1994 to 2004. Giuliano served as President of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) from 2005 to 2009, and has served as CEO of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation since being appointed in December 2010.
