Ng Hong-mun GBM (Chinese: 吳康民, born 1926 in Shantou, Shandong) is a Chinese politician who served as a member of the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th National People's Congress representing Guangzhou Province, from 1975 to 1998. Ng then served as a member of the 9th and 10th National People's Congress representing Hong Kong, from 1998 to 2008. He is the longest serving member of the National People's Congress, serving as member for over 32 years.
